Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We’ll give you a refund or send you a replacement. Unused merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail within 14 days of original purchase date. An exchange is offered once per order. Merchandise must be in original condition. There are no returns or exchanges on used, stained, or otherwise non resellable merchandise. Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds. A new shipping charge will apply to send exchanges. Please allow 14 days to receive a refund. If you have any questions please contact us.

What if I am sent a defective item?

No worries. All Project GreenBag products undergo stringent quality checks from the beginning of their manufacturing process; in the unlikely event that you do receive a defective item, please notify us within 10 days from date of purchase.

Shipping information

Please allow 24-48 hours for your item to ship. At this time, Project GreenBag ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

Additionally, Project GreenBag ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you once the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Changes and Cancellations

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Price Adjustments

We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date on your purchase. To obtain a price adjustment send us an email within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we’ll refund you the difference. Items purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.
